Jim’s role at the Assistant Deputy Minister level in the Government of Canada resulted in a visible and well-acknowledged leadership in developing and communicating broad visions and strategies and then moving these forward to effective implementation in transforming major portions of the federal government operations.He has extensive experience in policy and management areas within a Central Agency context built upon solid executive experience in information technology and information management. Jim has a proven capability in developing consensus and engaging stakeholders and senior executives across diverse communities.
